The Stable Round the Back

What a fantastic turnout to see our Nativity celebration. The children all performed wonderfully and rose to the occasion! Well done and massive thanks again to Bekah and Debs for all their help.

Christingle Service

A beautiful service to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas. Don't forget to light your Christingle candle on Christmas morning to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

He's Behind You....

A fantastic Christmas treat to the theatre to see Cinderella. We all got really into the panto spirit!

Creative Homelearning- reminder!

Don't forget to bring your creative home learning in next Friday the 18th for our open afternoon celebrating your work.
Option 1: Design an anti bullying poster that could be put up in our classroom. You could include information about internet safety.
Option 2: What traditions do your family observe at Christmas? Do you go to midnight mass? Eat roast turkey? How does Jesus play a part in your Christmas? Make a collage showing how you celebrate or design an invitation to your family's advent or Christmas, encouraging people to join you to celebrate. You could even film it as an advert!

Super Writing!

Stunning piece of story writing about difference and exclusion!

There's Always a FRIEND in DIFEReNce!

On Friday 4th December, Class 2 took part in a silent march to protest against bullying.
This peaceful protest aimed to disrupt life across the school in order to get everyone's attention and to let people know that we disagree with bullying.

We carried placards with slogans that showed how we feel about the problem.

People all around the school stopped what they were doing to read our signs and cheer to show they agreed.

Swords and Spindles

A fantastic visit bringing the 1600s to life. The children learned about clothes, food, toys, weaponry and practised some pike drills before getting to watch an authentic 17th century musket fired!
